The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Sub. for House Bill 4028—A Bill to amend and reenact §11-15-8d the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to sales tax exemption for certain materials used in construction of public school facilities; defining terms; exempting certain materials used in construction of public school facilities from sales and use taxes; and setting an effective date.
